2012 AOTS NATIONAL CLUB AND INDIVIDUAL DUES
AND DONATION REMITTANCE FORM

If you are a club secretery paying the dues of multiple club members or an individule AOTS member sending in your dues for the year you have two registration options:

Mail In Registration Form

Click on the PDF version of the Membership Registration Form, print it out and mail it in including a cheque for your yearly dues. Feel free to make a charitable donation to one of your AOTS National Initiatives.

Digital Registration Form

Now, with the INTERAC e-Transfer service, you can use your Online Banking to send money electronically.

An INTERAC e-Transfer allows you to send money to anyone with an email address and a bank account in Canada through yourOnline Banking.

Select "Send Money" to send an INTERAC e-Transfer .
