On behalf of the <CLUB_NAME> United Church AOTS Youth to Camp project, I would like to take this
opportunity to thank your organization for the help you haven given us on this great project.  With
contributions from clubs like your own we were able to send <#CHILDREN> children from the age of
eight to Sixteen to camp for one week this past summer.  We were able to send <#BOYS> boys and
<#GIRLS> girls and we have heard that they all had a great week.

In order to share in their experience at camp we have invited the children and their families back to our
next meeting to tell us all about the great time they had at camp.  We are having a potluck dinner on the
<DATE> and we would be honored if a representative or two from your organization could attend.

Believing this to be a very worthwhile project we hope that we can enlarge on this project and will be very
appreciative of any help you can give us in the years to follow.
